we found our superior room very clean and spacious. the housekeeping service kept everything immaculate throughout our visit. the beach area provided comfortable loungers and attentive service for drinks and snacks.

I found that many rules applied here. I was told "no" numerous times for reasonable requests. Taking drinks to my room was not allowed. This felt restrictive for an all-inclusive experience.

I was amazed by the attentive service across the entire hotel. Shakeel and Duncan at the pool were particularly helpful. Atef Farsi, Farouk, and Salama helped me to enjoy the experience. The reception staff assisted me .. Every request was handled with speed!
I observed uncovered food at the buffet. I avoided most desserts.

The staff were attentive at the beach and pool area. That was acceptable.
The room card failed multiple times. one receptionist blamed me for keeping it near my phone. That was not the case. the patio door shook in the wind and let in drafts! i had to buy a fan heater because it was so cold.

Fantastic Stay with Minor Hiccups

The hotel had two very clean pools. The private beach offered a cordoned-off section in the sea . The room provided coffee and tea making facilities. I thought the Ubers were also very cheap here.. a plus for getting around the city. I found the hotel location ideal for reaching the airport and traveling into the city.
The all-inclusive package limited us to using the alternative dining options only three times within seven days. The menus were restrictive. I did wish there was a bit more flexibility there.

The Farmhouse breakfast included good choices. Fridays and Saturdays became very hectic. The buffet restaurant became quite tiresome after about day five, as I noticed little variation in offerings.

Our room had the softest pillows and comfortable beds. I found the room spacious and well kept. It also had coffee and tea making facilities, a fridge, and all equipment worked perfectly.
